Our venue, located on James Island, SC, offers 22,000 sq.ft. of total space and a main room of almost 9,000 square feet. Our main room can seat up to 550 people for any of your special events or occasions. Fully handicap accessible with many other amazing features.
Minutes from the downtown historic district, we offer an unmatched venue that features 22,000 sq.ft. of beautifully constructed space that can accommodate you for any event, big or small, whether it is a simple gathering, birthday party, wedding, corporate function, company meeting, professional seminar, sports banquet or other event. We offer a main room that is approximately 9,000 sq.ft. and can seat 550 people. We provide a large Welcome Center as well to create a lasting first impression for your event.
We offer an additional two partitioned areas, that include CCTV capability, to use as breakout rooms. Our venue offers a parlor, and a small chapel as well. Our location is full equipped wuth a commercial kitchen and equipment, A/V equipment, WiFi Internet access throughout, Re-configurable seating with comfortable padded chairs, a Dedicated catering staff to help you put it all together, we are fully accessible to the handicap with ramps, and there is plenty of parking on-site.

Restrooms, Parking, and Tables (60" Round, 18" x 72" Meeting, Serpentine, 24” x 60” Rectangle (no cloths)) are included in all rentals.
In addition to our venue, we offer a catering service and menu to complete your event or affair.
