Vin Cardinal has performed all over the world – London, Rome, Paris, Stockholm and the Las Vegas circuit. His appearances across the United States include many Five-Star hotels, as well as guest appearances at special events. Wherever Vin appears his talent has been acclaimed by rousing, standing ovations. During the past few years Vin has spent extensive time abroad, most recently throughout Israel, which he found to be a home away from home. Not only did Vin become a household name in Israel, but was one of the greatest stage personalities Israel has ever seen.

Vin is the total Entertainer! Top 40, Rock=Soul-Calypso and reggae. He displays the exciting rhythms and sizzling vocals in any of the varieties of contemporary music, which make him a unique performer.

Vin was born in San Fernando, Trinidad. At age 10 he was an experienced member of a junior steel band, and by age 12 he had mastered the conga drums, soon becoming an expert on nearly every percussion instrument. Vin became an outstanding vibraphone player, and at a very young age became the leader of his own group, producing local hit records.

After leaving Trinidad for Europe, Vin established Sweden as home base for several years. He became a sensation in clubs from London to Rome and from Denmark to Spain. His first album, recorded live in Holland, was an instant Europe hit.

Coming to the United States, Vin soon discovered that he was the first to bring a West Indies influence to the contemporary American rock scene. He signed with A & M records and later, after the Supremes heard him at the Las Vegas Flamingo and were favorably impressed, he switched to Motown.. He recorded several sides at Motown; one of the most exciting being his version of “Never been to Spain.”

Performs for all age groups, and his audience is always captivated. He displays dynamic, sensuous showmanship, which enchants and enthralls his audiences.
