Below is a sample list of some the services Black Tie Events can provide our clients with for any special event or party. We understand that planning any event can be a bit overwhelming, so we are here to help alleviate your stress of coordinating everything.

Consultations with client(s) at the designated locations or via phone/fax/email to discuss event details Design the event venue to the client's specifications Secure bids from qualified vendors related to the client's event Handle logistic development, traffic management, and coordination of vendors Provide onsite coordination of all installation and tear-down of items related to client's event (tables, chairs, decorations, etc.) Handle payment of vendors and necessary suppliers on client's behalf, once we receive payment from client Available professional staff onsite during the event on the scheduled day Help client maintain schedule prior to event to stay prepared Assist in any and all aspects of the event as outlined in the proposal
