New Year’s Eve is a super festive holiday filled with tons of sparkling decorations from balloons to streamers to giant banners shouting “Happy New Year!” Other things you can do to decorate your event include: putting out candles, noisemakers, clocks, sparklers, confetti eggs, painted wine bottles, disposable cameras, Christmas lights, giant centerpieces, and number shaped ice cubes. Another clever idea is to set up a resolution chalk board or large sheet of paper for people to write their New Year’s resolutions on. Don’t forget that if you have a theme then most of your decorations will be based on that. For example if your theme is Time Square you can decorate your entire venue like NYC with food trucks and pictures of cabs and skyscrapers.
